Issue: A rare manufacturing defect has been identified with respect to DNP DS620 4x6 and 6x8 media kits. Specifically, the issue involves the ribbon RFID hub end not being fully seated into the greyish-white core. Please see attached photographs for reference.   Remedy: Remove and reseat the RFID hub into the correct position - it should fully engage when properly aligned. Should this not solve the problem please contact us for replacement. We suggest that you pre-inspect all ribbons before sending them out to a gig.

With the shortage of 4x6 media you might be interested to know you can print 4x6 on 6x.8 media. Keep in mind you must print 2 at a time or you will waste half of the  ribbon.
