Q) How do I know if you have stock on an item?
A) Check online on our website www.continent-wide.com for availability.

Q) Do you know when you will have more stock?
A) We have a very large quantity of every product we are out of stock of on order. Due to manufacturing and supply chain issues we do not know when we are getting more but continue to receive shipments sporadically. 

Q) How can I be notified when you have stock?
A) Add your email address to the "Email When Available" box on the product page.

Q) How long does it take to ship an item?
A) We ship in stock items Monday to Friday only. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. If the order is received before 1 pm we will ship that day.Orders received on Fridays after 2 pm will ship the following Monday. Transit time to your location is dependent on the courier and your location.  GENERALLY it is next BUSINESS day to most urban centers in Ontario and Quebec. BC is approx 4 business days.

Q) Who do you use for shipping and how do I get tracking information?
A) We usually use Canpar. You will automatically receive an email with tracking information.

Q) Can I pickup?
A) Yes you can pickup. PLEASE order in advance! Pickup is available Monday to Friday from 10 am to 4 pm. We are closed on weekends.

Q) What is the best way to order?
A) Online is the fastest and most accurate way and you can do it at 3 am in you birthday suit.
