Firmware Update Available for DNP DS620A Printers!
You will require an Apple Mac or a Windows computer.
NOTE : Drivers must be installed before updating the firmware!
Keep your printer performing at its best—update to the latest DS620A firmware (v4.52 for Windows / v4.52 for Mac) today!
🔧 Note: This is a firmware update, not a driver.
✅ How to check your firmware version:
- Open your printer driver preferences and go to the Printer Info tab,

⚠️ Important:
Before updating, remove ribbon and paper from the printer.
