DNP DS 620 4x6 and 6x8 ribbon manufacturing defect

Issue:
A rare manufacturing defect has been identified with respect to DNP DS620 4x6 and 6x8 media kits. Specifically, the issue involves the ribbon RFID hub end not being fully seated into the greyish-white core. Please see attached photographs for reference.
Remedy:
Remove and reseat the RFID hub into the correct position - it should fully engage when properly aligned.
Should this not solve the problem please contact us for replacement.
We suggest that you pre-inspect all ribbons before sending them out to a gig.
