Hiti P525L Media Compatibility

If you purchased a Hiti P525L from a Hiti authorized dealer in North America, our Hiti media kits will work. If you bought it from China directly (Alibaba / Ali Express, etc), it will NOT work with our (North America) media. Please check the silver label on the back of the printer. If the Product Code ends in CT that is a printer meant only for the Chinese market.
You can contact Hiti USA for details on having the printer modified to the North American version.
